Cleaning Manager/Soft Service Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct site surveys and prepare accurate estimates for manpower, materials, consumables, chemicals, machinery, and equipment.
• Prepare and submit technical and commercial tenders for cleaning projects and support contract negotiations.
• Lead and manage multiple cleaning contracts/sites in line with contractual requirements, KPIs, and SLAs.
• Plan, deploy, and supervise manpower, including Supervisors, Charge hands, and Cleaning Operatives.
• Monitor operational budgets, control costs, and ensure profitability without compromising service quality.
• Carry out regular site inspections and audits to ensure cleaning standards and continuous improvement.
• Recruit, induct, train, and develop cleaning staff in coordination with HR.
• Ensure full compliance with QHSE policies, including risk assessments, safe systems of work, and HSE training.
• Manage procurement and inventory of cleaning materials and equipment in coordination with Purchasing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients; attend site meetings and promptly resolve service issues.
• Coordinate payroll inputs, overtime control, staff performance reviews, and operational reporting.

Qualifications:

Any graduate
Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a senior cleaning / soft services management role within a cleaning or facilities management company.
Proven experience in estimation, tendering, and managing multiple cleaning projects.
Strong knowledge of cleaning methodologies, chemicals, machinery, manpower planning, and quality audits.
Solid understanding of QHSE, risk assessments, and compliance requirements.
Excellent client facing, communication, and leadership skills.
Strong commercial awareness with the ability to manage costs and improve margins.
GCC experience mandatory.

Salary: 1000-1200BHD + Family Status + Accommodation & Car
