We are seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Manager with interior & furnishing sales experience. The role focuses on driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and leading business development initiatives in a fast-paced tech environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, manage the sales funnel.
• Engage clients, qualify leads, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
• Meet and exceed sales targets (monthly, quarterly, annual).
• Build strong client relationships, grow existing accounts.
• Collaborate with product and operations teams on client feedback and onboarding.
• Gather market intelligence and represent the company at industry events.
• Prepare proposals, sales materials, and reports for senior management.

Required Experience & Skills

• 5+ years in interior design, with experience.
• Proven success in customer engagement and closing deals.
• Ability to build relationships, understand shipping operations, and work in fast-growing environments.
