Description
We are seeking a proactive and professional Business Coordinator to support business operations, client coordination, and commercial activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain good working relationships with clients and business partners
Coordinate with clients regarding inquiries, requirements, and project updates
Prepare and assist in the development of commercial proposals and quotations
Support business development and operational coordination activities
Coordinate internally with various departments to ensure timely submission of proposals and documents
Monitor ongoing client requirements and follow up on pending matters
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and business correspondence
Ensure proper documentation and record management related to commercial activities
Qualifications:
Previous experience in business coordination, sales support, or commercial operations is preferred
Knowledgeable in preparing commercial proposals and quotations
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain professional client relationships
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively
Salary Package:
Basic Salary: SAR 2,000
Food Allowance (FA): SAR 250
