Job Summary:

The Recreation Attendant is responsible for ensuring a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for guests within the hotel’s leisure facilities, including the swimming pool, gym, and kids' zones. This role focuses on providing exceptional guest service while maintaining strict safety and hygiene protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

Guest Service: Greet guests warmly, assist with equipment setup, and provide information regarding facility hours and activities.

Facility Maintenance: Ensure the pool deck, gym, and locker rooms are organized, clean, and stocked with fresh towels and amenities.

Safety Monitoring: Observe guests (especially children) to ensure compliance with safety rules and prevent accidents in the recreation areas.

Equipment Oversight: Perform routine checks on gym machinery and recreational gear, reporting any maintenance issues or safety hazards immediately.

Inventory Control: Manage the distribution and collection of towels, sports equipment, and leisure supplies.
