Job Description

Tahatan Holding Company is looking for a skilled and experienced Procurement Specialist to join our team in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.

The ideal candidate should have experience in the equipment rental or heavy equipment industry and be capable of handling procurement operations, supplier coordination, and logistics support efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Hire and outsource equipment from suppliers to fulfill client requirements on time

Manage purchase requisitions and procurement activities

Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs)

Evaluate suppliers and maintain strong vendor relationships

Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers

Ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services

Maintain proper documentation and procurement records

Track timesheets and operational data records

Coordinate logistics and operational support activities

Handle emails, correspondence, and supplier communication professionally

Ensure compliance with procurement procedures and company policies

Support procurement planning and process optimization through analytical reporting

Requirements & Qualifications

Saudi Arabia experience in the same field is preferred

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field

Strong knowledge of procurement processes and supplier management

Experience in contract negotiation and supplier evaluation

Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in ERP systems and procurement software

Strong computer knowledge, including:

Microsoft Excel

Microsoft Word

Outlook & Email Handling

Documentation & Reporting

Experience in data record management and tracking systems

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Strong organizational and communication skills

Experience in logistics support and operational coordination is an advantage
