We are looking for a skilled AC Technician with solid experience in chilled water HVAC systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC equipment to ensure efficient and reliable operation.

Key Responsibilities

• maintain and repair chilled water systems, AHUs, FCUs, pumps, and related HVAC equipment
• Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and system diagnostics
• Identify mechanical and electrical faults and carry out corrective actions
• Monitor system performance and adjust controls for optimal efficiency
• Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures
• Prepare service reports and communicate findings to supervisors

Requirements

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in chilled water HVAC systems
• Strong knowledge of HVAC components, controls, and troubleshooting
• Ability to work independently and handle field tasks
• Technical diploma or certification in HVAC or related field
• Good communication and teamwork skills
