Nail Technician
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Nail Technician to join our luxury spa team. The ideal candidate should be experienced in delivering high-quality nail services while providing exceptional customer care in a luxury spa environment.
Responsibilities:
Perform professional manicure and pedicure services
Apply gel polish and advanced nail treatments
Perform nail enhancement services professionally
Maintain high hygiene and cleanliness standards
Recommend suitable nail care treatments and products
Deliver exceptional customer service and luxury guest experience
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Nail Technician
Strong experience in manicure, pedicure, gel applications, and nail enhancements
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Attention to detail and cleanliness
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Ability to work within a team environment
Receptionist
We are looking for a professional and well-presented Receptionist to join our luxury spa team. The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to manage bookings and guest relations efficiently in a high-end spa environment.
Responsibilities:
Welcome guests in a warm and professional manner
Handle appointments, calls, and WhatsApp bookings
Manage reception area and daily scheduling
Coordinate with therapists and spa staff
Process payments and maintain client records
Ensure exceptional guest experience at all times
Requirements:
Previous experience in spa, salon, hotel, or customer service preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good computer and organizational skills
Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)
