Marketing Specialist
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• With experience in manpower supply, recruitment, or mobilization
• Proven experience in mobilizing QC Inspectors and Safety Officers
• Strong knowledge of industrial, construction, or oil & gas sectors
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills
• Ability to handle recruitment coordination and deployment processes
• Familiarity with vendor/client requirements and compliance procedures
• Proficient in MS Office and online recruitment platforms
• Valid driving license is an advantage
