Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for an organized and responsible Secretary/Catering & Accounts Coordinator for our bakery. The candidate will handle administrative tasks, catering order coordination, customer communication, and basic accounting duties to support daily business operations.

Responsibilities:

Answer phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries
Manage catering orders and coordinate delivery schedules
Prepare quotations, invoices, and receipts
Maintain customer records and order details
Handle basic accounting and daily cash records
Coordinate with kitchen and bakery staff regarding orders
Monitor stock and supplier payments
Prepare reports for management
Organize office files and documents
Support daily administrative operations

Requirements:

Previous experience in administration, catering coordination, or accounts
Basic accounting knowledge
Good communication and customer service skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Email)
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Good organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in bakery, restaurant, or catering business
Knowledge of POS systems and invoicing
GCC experience is an advantage
