BMS Pre-Sales Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
Achieve assigned sales targets and business goals
Review tender drawings and prepare accurate BOQs (Bill of Quantities)
Estimate BMS project costs based on specifications and drawings
Visit clients, contractors, and consultants to identify business opportunities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
Analyze and interpret client requirements and propose suitable solutions
Prepare and price quotations for clients and contractors
Negotiate tender and contract terms effectively
Close sales by agreeing on terms and conditions with clients
Provide after-sales support and client account management
Monitor and analyze costs, sales performance, and profitability
Prepare sales forecasts and reports for management
Maintain accurate records of clients, contractors, and consultants
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and marketing events
Deliver technical presentations and demonstrate system capabilities
Provide pre-sales technical support and product knowledge to clients
Collaborate with sales and technical teams to develop solutions
Assist in designing customized BMS solutions
Troubleshoot and resolve client/end-user issues
Contribute to project execution, including testing and commissioning of BMS systems

Qualifications & Experience:
⁠Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE), Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE), Mechanical Engineering (ME), or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in Building Management Systems (BMS) or a relevant field
⁠Strong technical, communication, and negotiation skills
Experience in BMS estimation, testing, and commissioning is essential

Salary: 600-700BHD + other benefits
