1. Production / Workshop Manager
Experience: 10 -15 years in Joinery / Production / Metal / Steel /Painting Industries
Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day workshop production operations
Strong knowledge of woodworking machinery, materials, and finishes, Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, and production planning tools.
Coordinate with project managers, design teams, and procurement for smooth workflow
Deal directly with suppliers for materials and finishes
Supervise factory staff, subcontractors, and site installation teams
Visit sites, take measurements, and prepare detailed BOQs for wooden and interior fit-out works
Familiarity with shop drawings, materials, and finishing techniques
Bahrain based immediate joining candidates will be preferred.
