Requirements:
• Experience in overseas consultancy, recruitment, or international sales
• Proven track record in lead conversion and achieving sales targets
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to independently manage and grow a consistent sales pipeline
• Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to perform under pressure
