Description
We are looking for an experienced Grocery Supervisor to join our team in Saudi Arabia.
Requirements:
Malayali preferred
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in grocery/supermarket operations
Strong knowledge of inventory management and stock control
Ability to supervise staff and manage daily store operations
Good communication and customer service skills
Experience in purchasing and supplier coordination is an advantage
Transferable Iqama preferred
Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily grocery store operations
• Manage inventory, stock ordering, and merchandising
• Monitor product availability and expiry dates
• Lead and motivate store staff
• Ensure excellent customer service and store cleanliness
• Prepare sales and stock reports
