Description
Khalij Afan Paper Factory is looking for a full-time experienced Dispatch Officer who are locally available. Candidates should have the following:
• Minimum 03-05 years of experience in the same field.
• Handle and coordinate all local deliveries.
• Prepare and manage Delivery Notes.
• Prepare Packing Lists for dispatch.
• Arrange deliveries with drivers and transport.
• Coordinate dispatch schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
• Follow up on delivery status and customer receipt.
• Maintain dispatch records and documentation.
• Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, and Sales teams regarding delivery arrangements.
