Description

We are looking for an energetic, professional, and results-driven Sales Coordinator / Business Development Executive to join our growing team. Candidates with experience in contracting, manpower supply, equipment rental, or construction-related services are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:-

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities.
Generate leads and expand the company's client base within the contracting and construction sectors.
Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and other sales-related documents.
Follow up on ongoing projects and ensure customer satisfaction.
Coordinate effectively between clients, operations teams, and management.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to support business growth.
Prepare sales reports and contribute toward achieving monthly and annual sales targets.

Requirements:-

1–2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Client Coordination, preferably in the contracting or equipment rental industry.
Experience in managing and retaining existing clients will be considered an added advantage.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance with a confident and positive attitude.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and basic computer skills.
Valid driving license is preferred.
