Description
Looking for Branch Manager for Mobile Accessories wholesale shop with 4 to 6 sales staff and 3 supporting staffs.
who have good knowledge in same business
Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership Oversee daily operations, including opening/closing, inventory control, and staff supervision.
Manage wholesale orders, warehouse stock levels, and coordinate replenishment to avoid shortages or overstocking.
Ensure the store is organized, products are displayed, and inventory is properly tracked
Sales & Customer Management Develop relationships with new and existing B2B customers, including retail shop owners, distributors, and bulk buyers.
Monitor sales levels and set sales goals to achieve profitability.
Track sales performance and prepare regular revenue and margin reports .
Product & Supply Chain Management Source products, compare quotations, and negotiate with manufacturers or suppliers for the best prices on mobile accessories (chargers, cables, cases, screen protectors).Identify trending accessories and manage product development for house brands.
Ensure products meet quality standards and resolve vendor issues.
Staff Management Recruit, train, and supervise employees.
Conduct product knowledge training for sales staff, ensuring they are well-informed on features and selling points.
Requirements & Skills Experience: Previous experience in a retail or wholesale phone store manager role is highly preferred.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of mobile accessories, market trends, and electronic products.
Negotiation: Excellent negotiation and supplier management skills.
Operations: Proficiency in inventory management systems and retail/wholesale software.
Leadership: Ability to lead a team, set goals, and drive sales performance.
