Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated Associate HR Analyst to join our client's HR team in Saudi Arabia.
Nationality Requirement: Saudi Nationals Only
Experience Required: 3+ Years
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update HR databases with accurate employee records.
Ensure data integrity and confidentiality in compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Analyze HR metrics including turnover, absenteeism, recruitment costs, and performance trends.
Develop reports and dashboards to support strategic HR decisions.
Support payroll coordination and benefits administration.
Assist with compensation benchmarking and salary program reviews.
Ensure HR policies align with local labor laws.
Support internal audits and compliance reporting.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
