Location: Saudi Arabia (Riyadh)
Position Type: Full-time
Experience Required: Minimum 5 years

Responsibilities

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure excellent service and smooth workflow
Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance (front of house and/or kitchen coordination)
Ensure quality standards, hygiene/compliance, and guest satisfaction
Handle inventory control, purchasing coordination, and cost management
Ensure proper opening readiness: hiring support, setup coordination, SOPs, service standards, and launch operations
Coordinate with management on targets, promotions, and daily reporting

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager / Assistant Restaurant Manager
Experience in opening a new restaurant (launch/start-up operations) is mandatory
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage teams and handle day-to-day operational pressure
Familiarity with restaurant health and safety standards
Available to join immediately / as per notice period (optional)
