Responsibilities

Greet and assist guests upon arrival
Manage reservations, seating, or event check-ins
Provide information and guide guests as needed
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Coordinate with team members for smooth service

Requirements

Experience in hospitality, hotels, restaurants, or events preferred
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Basic English (Arabic is a plus)
Flexible working hours
