Job Summary

Location: Makkah, Saudi Arabia

Job Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
Provide accurate information about products and services.
Resolve customer complaints and concerns professionally and efficiently.
Process orders, returns, and customer requests.
Maintain customer records and update information in the system.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of issues.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
Prepare reports related to customer service activities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proficiency in Arabic (spoken and written) is mandatory.
Good communication skills in English.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Previous customer service experience is preferred.

Salary: SAR 2,500 per month
