Description
We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef for a restaurant in Al Khobar & Jubail.
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in burgers, steaks, sandwiches, and appetizers.
• Previous experience as a Sous Chef.
• Experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC countries.
• Strong knowledge of food cost control and kitchen operations.
• Ability to manage kitchen staff and maintain food quality.
• Experience in inventory control and purchasing.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Transferable Iqama is required.
