About the Role:

Al Lord Establishment is a rapidly growing, tech-driven professional services company in Bahrain. We are completely modernizing our operations and expanding our team. We are seeking energetic, highly disciplined, and tech-friendly individuals to join our core field team as Junior Field Specialists.

We are specifically looking for candidates who take pride in a clean professional appearance, possess excellent polite communication skills, and are eager to grow within a structured corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform high-quality field treatments and applications according to strict company safety and chemical protocols.

Use our company mobile app (Odoo Field Service) on-site to log precise arrivals, track tasks, and secure digital signatures from clients.

Maintain an exceptionally polite, respectful, and professional customer service standard with all residential and commercial clients (including schools and high-end villas).

Adhere strictly to company scheduling, prompt attendance, and our automated 15-minute operational standby policy.

Maintain a sharp corporate appearance at all times in company-provided uniforms and safety gear.

Candidate Requirements:

Nationality Focus: Open to Indian, Filipino, and other highly service-oriented nationalities with a proven track record of strong soft skills and professional conduct in the GCC region.

Soft Skills & Attitude: Must possess excellent customer-facing communication skills, high energy, a positive work ethic, and a strong desire to learn. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for rowdy or undisciplined behavior.

Languages: Functional English is mandatory (ability to read digital tasks on a smartphone and greet clients professionally).

Age Preference: Young, active individuals with a "fresh heartbeat" mindset who are ready to work hard and grow into technical leadership roles.

Location: Candidates currently residing in Bahrain with a transferable visa are highly preferred for immediate hiring.
