Description

We are looking for a Workshop Admin Controller to join our team.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration

2–3 years of experience in finance, cost control, workshop administration, or a similar role

Good communication skills in English and Arabic

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems

Strong analytical and financial control skills

High attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to coordinate effectively with finance and operational teams

Strong problem-solving and process improvement skills

Responsibilities:

Monitor and control workshop-related costs, including labour, parts, and subcontracting expenses

Review and validate job cards before financial posting to ensure accuracy and compliance

Track maintenance costs and ensure proper allocation to vehicles, contracts, or cost centres

Review, close, and maintain job cards in ERP systems

Coordinate with workshop teams to resolve missing or incorrect operational data

Act as the focal point between Workshop and Finance teams for invoice processing, accruals, payments, and monthly closing activities

Validate supplier invoices against approved work, purchase orders, and completed services

Prepare regular reports on maintenance costs, budget performance, repair costs, and work-in-progress status

Identify cost control opportunities and recommend process improvements

Support audits and ensure compliance with company policies and financial controls

Preferred:

Experience in fleet maintenance, automotive workshops, or transportation operations

Knowledge of cost accounting and financial reporting principles

Experience with workshop management systems and ERP platforms

Understanding of procurement and invoice validation processes
