Description

Role Purpose

The Business Development Executive is responsible for supporting business growth initiatives by identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, maintaining client relationships, assisting in tendering activities, and supporting the Business Development Manager in achieving revenue targets. The role focuses on market development, customer engagement, and project acquisition within the MEP, Civil, Structural Steel, and Fire Protection sectors.

Job Tasks, Duties & Accountabilities (TDA) :
> Business Development & Lead Generation
Identify potential clients, projects, and business opportunities through market research and networking.
Generate qualified leads and arrange meetings for the Business Development Manager.
Maintain an updated database of clients, consultants, contractors, and developers.
Monitor market trends, upcoming projects, and competitor activities.
>Client Relationship Management
Establish and maintain professional relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Follow up on client inquiries, quotations, and proposals.
Assist in conducting client visits, presentations, and business meetings.
Ensure customer satisfaction through timely communication and support.
>Tender & Proposal Support
Support the preparation and submission of prequalification documents and tender packages.
Coordinate with estimation, engineering, procurement, and operations teams for required project information.
Maintain records of submitted bids, project opportunities, and business correspondence.
Follow up on tender status and client feedback.
>Market Intelligence & Reporting
Collect and analyze market information related to MEP, Civil, Structural Steel, and Fire Protection projects.
Prepare weekly and monthly business development reports.
Track business opportunities and maintain an updated sales pipeline.
Provide regular updates to management on business development activities.
>Coordination & Administrative Support
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth communication and project handover.
Assist in organizing exhibitions, networking events, and client engagement activities.
Maintain proper documentation of contracts, agreements, and client records.
Job Specifications

Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience :
2 to 5 years of experience in Business Development/Sales in KSA.
