Description
A reputed Travel & Tourism company in Dubai is looking for an experienced Reservation Agent.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle flight, hotel, holiday package, and travel-related reservations.
Process bookings, amendments, cancellations, and refunds accurately.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online channels.
Provide travel information, fare quotations, and itinerary details.
Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and travel partners to ensure seamless service.
Maintain reservation records and update booking systems.
Achieve sales and customer service targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Reservation Agent, Travel Consultant, or Ticketing Executive in a travel agency.
Knowledge of GDS systems such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre.
