Summary:
Friendly and customer-focused Waitress & Cashier responsible for providing excellent service, handling orders, and managing payments efficiently in a fast-paced bowling environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
Take food and beverage orders and serve customers
Handle cash, POS transactions, and billing accurately
Maintain cleanliness of tables and service areas
Assist customers with inquiries and support their experience
Coordinate with kitchen and team for smooth operations
Ensure proper handling of cash and daily closing
Requirements:
Previous experience in service or cashier role preferred
Good communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic knowledge of POS systems
Friendly, presentable, and team-oriented
