Job Summary

Nebras Alkhaleej Transport Co. is seeking a qualified and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing accounting operations, invoicing, financial reporting, supplier payments, and maintaining accurate financial records to support the company's logistics and transportation operations.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and issue customer invoices accurately and on time.
Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.
Process supplier invoices and manage accounts payable.
Prepare payment vouchers and supplier reconciliations.
Maintain and update the Profit & Loss (P&L) Statement.
Prepare and maintain Balance Sheet schedules and reconciliations.
Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Record daily accounting transactions and maintain the general ledger.
Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules.
Review purchase orders, supplier statements, and procurement-related transactions.
Support import-related accounting and documentation processes.
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Prepare reports required by management and auditors.
Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records.
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis.
Coordinate with operations, procurement, and management teams regarding financial matters.
Monitor and control company expenses.
Perform any other accounting duties assigned by management.

Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
Professional accounting qualification is preferred.
2–4 years of relevant accounting experience.
Experience in invoicing, purchasing, supplier processing, and financial reporting.
Basic understanding of import and logistics processes.
Strong knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Financial Reports).
Experience with accounting software/ERP systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Good communication skills in English.
