Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and organized Business Service Coordinator to support business operations, site coordination, and business development activities. The ideal candidate will coordinate client and site requirements, maintain business documentation, and contribute to operational efficiency and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to management and business teams.
Prepare reports, presentations, and business correspondence.
Maintain client records, contracts, and business documentation.
Coordinate manpower mobilization and site requirements.
Liaise with clients, site personnel, and internal departments.
Monitor employee documentation and compliance requirements.
Coordinate logistics, accommodation, and transportation arrangements.
Identify new business opportunities and follow up on client inquiries.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Participate in client meetings and support business development initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Support, Site Coordination, Business Development, or a similar role.
Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
