Description
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, generating sales leads, and contributing to the company's growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and company growth objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Conduct market research to identify potential customers, industry trends, and competitor activities.
Generate leads through networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and business meetings.
Prepare and deliver professional presentations, proposals, and quotations to clients.
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals effectively.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking activities.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Experience with CRM systems is preferred.
Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Female candidate.
Pakistani or Indian nationality preferred.
Experience in the IT/Technology industry is an advantage.
Familiarity with the Saudi market.
Presentable, confident, and customer-oriented.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
