We are looking for a highly capable Procurement & Logistics Officer to manage our end-to-end supply chain and ensure our manufacturing facility operates cost-effectively.
Procurement & Logistics Officer (Odoo ERP) – Riyadh
Package: SAR 3,000 / month + Free Accommodation + Company Transportation

Role Overview:

We are a leading electrical manufacturing factory looking for a skilled Procurement & Logistics Officer to handle our end-to-end supply chain, international sourcing, and Odoo ERP inventory management.

Must-Have Requirements:

• Iqama: Valid and transferable Iqama is STRICTLY required.
• Experience: 3 to 4 years in KSA manufacturing (electrical products preferred).
• Communication: Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Technical Skills: Strong experience using Odoo ERP and Advanced Excel.
• Compliance Knowledge: Expert in SABER, SASO, ZATCA customs clearance, Letters of Credit (LC), and Incoterms.

Key Duties:

• Source raw materials locally and internationally (including Alibaba.com) and negotiate contracts.
• Manage international logistics and customs for 20ft/40ft containers.
• Handle all import/export documentation and coordinate with freight forwarders.
• Control inventory (FIFO, forecasting, physical counts) completely via Odoo ERP.
