Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Specialist to develop and execute marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and support business growth across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities – Marketing & Sales Specialist (IT, CCTV, Projects & Office Stationery)
• Identify and develop new business opportunities for IT products, CCTV systems, project supplies, and office stationery.
• Generate sales leads through cold calling, client visits, networking, and online marketing.
• Promote company products and services to corporate, commercial, and government clients.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender documents.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for potential customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Follow up on inquiries, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals.
• Coordinate with technical and project teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and project pipelines in the CRM system.
• Support marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional events.
• Ensure timely collection of payments and follow up on outstanding receivables.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports for management.
Preferred Experience
• Experience in sales of IT Hardware, Networking Solutions, CCTV & Security Systems, Project Supplies, and Office Stationery.
• Strong knowledge of the Saudi Arabian market and B2B sales environment.
• Valid Saudi driving license preferred.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 2–5 years of marketing experience in Saudi Arabia or the GCC.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and creative skills.
• Valid transferable Iqama (for expatriate candidates) is preferred.
