Role Summary

The Inventory Controller is responsible for maintaining accurate stock records, conducting cycle counts, and managing inventory data within the WMS (Infor) system to ensure optimal stock levels and operational accuracy at the Jeddah Bonded Zone facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform regular cycle counts and full stock audits.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in WMS (Infor).
• Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies and variances.
• Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure proper stock placement.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
• Monitor FIFO/FEFO compliance and stock rotation.
• Support customs documentation with accurate stock data.
• Liaise with receiving and dispatch teams for inventory accuracy.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years of inventory control experience.
• Proficiency in WMS, preferably Infor.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
• Experience in bonded zone or logistics environments preferred.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication skills in English.
