Description
We are looking for a responsible, organized, and proactive individual to manage day-to-day administrative and operational activities. The ideal candidate should have basic accounting knowledge, good computer skills (especially Microsoft Excel), and the ability to coordinate multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
1. Petty Cash Management
• Handle daily petty cash transactions.
• Maintain accurate petty cash records.
• Prepare daily petty cash closing reports.
2. Vehicle & Transportation Coordination
• Monitor and manage company vehicles.
• Schedule routine maintenance and servicing.
• Ensure all vehicle documents (registration, insurance, etc.) are valid and up to date.
3. Workshop & Store Administration
• Supervise workshop housekeeping and cleanliness.
• Maintain records of workshop assets.
• Manage tool inventory, issue tools to employees, and keep proper allocation records.
• Oversee store operations and inventory.
• Handle local purchasing of materials and consumables as required.
4. Employee Attendance Management
• Maintain daily employee attendance records.
• Record overtime hours accurately.
• Prepare attendance and overtime reports as required.
5. Courier & Logistics Coordination
• Arrange courier services and shipments.
• Coordinate transportation of materials, tools, and equipment to project sites across Saudi Arabia.
• Track deliveries and ensure timely dispatch and receipt of shipments.
Qualifications
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration, Accounting, Logistics, or a related field (preferred).
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
• Strong organizational and record keeping skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Preferred Skills
• Experience in administration, logistics, workshop coordination, or store management.
• Valid Saudi driving license is an advantage.
• Familiarity with inventory management and reporting systems is preferred.
