Description
We are seeking a Helpdesk Operator to support facility maintenance operations.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree.
Experience in Helpdesk, Call Center, or Facility Management.
Ability to log and coordinate maintenance requests.
Good computer and communication skills.
Experience with CAFM/CMMS systems is an advantage.
