Description
Key ResponsibilitiesSanitation: Wipe and sanitize dining tables, chairs, booths, and all high-touch surfaces.
Floor Care: Sweep, mop, and vacuum all front-of-house (dining room) and back-of-house (kitchen/prep) floors.
Restroom Maintenance: Clean and sanitize toilets, sinks, and mirrors, and restock supplies like paper towels and soap.
Waste Management: Empty trash bins, manage recycling, and dispose of waste according to health guidelines.
Deep Cleaning: Execute periodic deep cleans, including scrubbing kitchen vents, grease filters, and appliances.
Supply Inventory: Monitor cleaning supplies and notify management of low inventory.
