About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Influencer Coordinator to manage influencer partnerships for the Saudi Arabian market. The ideal candidate is fluent in Arabic and English, has strong communication and negotiation skills, and understands the Saudi social media landscape. This role involves identifying, onboarding, and managing influencers while ensuring successful campaign execution and long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Research and identify influencers across Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, and X (Twitter).
Build and maintain strong relationships with Saudi-based influencers and content creators.
Reach out to influencers, negotiate collaboration terms, and manage contracts.
Coordinate influencer campaigns from planning through execution and reporting.
Track campaign performance, collect content, and prepare performance reports.
Ensure all influencer content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
Maintain an up-to-date influencer database with contact details, pricing, and performance metrics.
Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams to meet campaign deadlines.
Stay informed about social media trends, influencer marketing strategies, and the Saudi digital landscape.

Requirements

Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or digital marketing.
Strong understanding of the Saudi influencer ecosystem.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Experience with influencer marketing platforms is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

Existing network of Saudi influencers and agencies.
Experience managing influencer campaigns for consumer brands or e-commerce businesses.
Knowledge of campaign analytics and ROI measurement.
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
