Description
We are looking for an experienced Manpower Coordinator to join our team.
Requirements:
Minimum MBA qualification.
At least 5 years of experience as a Manpower Coordinator.
Excellent communication skills in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
Strong knowledge of manpower supply and recruitment coordination.
Ability to build and maintain good relationships with client companies.
Capable of visiting companies, identifying manpower requirements, and bringing new business opportunities.
Good negotiation and coordination skills.
Able to work independently and achieve targets.
Valid Saudi driving license will be an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with existing and new client companies for manpower requirements.
Generate new manpower supply opportunities for the company.
Follow up with clients from requirement collection to candidate mobilization.
Maintain strong client relationships and provide timely support.
Coordinate with the HR and recruitment team to fulfill client requirements efficiently.
