We are looking for an experienced Carpentry Supervisor to join our team.

The ideal candidate should have strong carpentry knowledge, leadership skills, and experience with AutoCAD for interior design and custom furniture projects.

This role requires supervising workshop and site teams while ensuring high-quality workmanship and timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and lead carpenters and workshop staff.
Plan, organize, and monitor daily production and installation activities.
Visit customers' homes and project sites to take accurate measurements and assess project requirements.
Prepare and modify AutoCAD drawings for custom furniture and interior fit-out projects.
Coordinate with customers to understand their requirements and provide practical solutions.
Ensure all carpentry work meets quality standards and project specifications.
Guide the team during manufacturing and installation.
Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met.
Inspect finished products and installations before handover.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
Coordinate with management regarding project schedules, materials, and manpower requirements.

Requirements

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in carpentry, woodworking, or interior fit-out.
Previous experience as a Carpentry Supervisor or Team Leader is preferred.
Strong knowledge of furniture manufacturing, cabinetry, and interior finishing.
Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D; 3D knowledge is an advantage).
Ability to take accurate site measurements and prepare technical drawings.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Valid driving license is preferred.
Ability to communicate in English (Arabic is an advantage).
