Description
We are looking for a Production Manager/Workshop Manager with a minimum of 10 years of management experience in furniture, kitchen, and cabinet manufacturing.
Requirements:
Indian nationality.
Minimum 10 years of management experience in leading woodworking production and workshop operations.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and supervise production teams.
Proven ability to solve technical problems during manufacturing and on-site installation by developing practical and effective solutions.
Strong experience in reading and reviewing technical drawings.
Experience in production planning, task allocation, and ensuring projects are completed on schedule.
Strong decision-making skills with a commitment to maintaining the highest quality standards.
