Join our growing logistics team and play a key role in leading daily transportation operations while ensuring timely, safe, and efficient deliveries.

Position: Driver Team Leader

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage daily delivery operations to ensure smooth execution.

Monitor delivery performance and drive on-time delivery metrics.

Coordinate and supervise pickup operations to meet service commitments.

Lead, guide, and support drivers while ensuring high performance and discipline.

Monitor vehicle utilization, maintenance, and company assets.

Prepare operational reports, monitor KPIs, and escalate operational issues when required.

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Job Qualifications

High school diploma; candidates with relevant operational experience will also be considered.

Previous experience in logistics, transportation, or fleet operations is preferred.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational reporting is an advantage.
