Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Coordinator with a strong background in manpower supply and business development within the Oil & Gas, Construction, and Renewable Energy sectors. The ideal candidate should possess excellent client relationship skills and hands-on experience in supplying technical manpower to major industrial projects in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with clients in the Oil & Gas, Construction, and Renewable Energy industries.
Identify new business opportunities and generate manpower supply requirements.
Coordinate with clients regarding manpower requests and project requirements.
Promote the company's manpower services and expand the client network.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and service agreements.
Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure timely mobilization of manpower.
Follow up with clients regarding quotations, contracts, and payments.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Maintain records of client interactions and project updates.
Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term business relationships.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in manpower supply and marketing.
Proven experience in supplying manpower to the Oil & Gas, Construction, and Renewable Energy sectors.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Good knowledge of the Saudi Arabian market.
Transferable Iqama is mandatory.
Indian nationals will be preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and email communication.
