Catering Chef or Cook
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotels or catering companies.
Proven experience in preparing Asian and multicultural cuisines.
Ability to develop and manage meal plans and menus.
Knowledge of food safety standards, HACCP requirements, and expiry-date control.
Capability to oversee kitchen operations and maintain high food quality standards.
The kitchen serves a diverse workforce that includes Saudi, Bangladeshi, Egyptian, Yemeni, Pakistani, Indian, and South African employees. Therefore, the selected candidate should have the ability to prepare meals that meet the dietary preferences and expectations of these nationalities.
