A company in Bahrain is looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Engineer to join our team.

The role covers both Construction and Fire Protection divisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and developers.

Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and tenders.

Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits.

Coordinate with the engineering and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Achieve sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Follow up on inquiries, negotiate contracts, and secure orders.

Requirements:

Previous experience in construction, MEP, fire protection, or building materials sales is preferred.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to read technical drawings and specifications is an advantage.

Valid Bahrain driving license is preferred.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
