JOB SUMMARY
The Procurement Supervisor will oversee and coordinate procurement activities to ensure the timely and cost-effective sourcing of materials, equipment, and services while maintaining quality standards and compliance with company policies.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Procurement Operations: Review and process purchase requisitions from all departments and ensure all required information is complete.
• Supplier Management & Negotiation: Source and evaluate suppliers, compare quotations, and negotiate the best prices, terms, and conditions.
• Purchase Orders: Prepare and issue purchase orders and follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.
• Order Tracking: Monitor the status of shipments and deliveries. Resolve any issues, delays, or discrepancies with vendors.
• Cost Control & Budgeting: Assist in preparing the procurement budget and ensure all purchases are within approved limits to reduce costs.
• Inventory Coordination: Coordinate with the warehouse team to maintain optimal stock levels and avoid shortages or overstock.
• Reporting: Prepare regular reports on procurement activities, spending, and supplier performance for management review.
• Compliance: Ensure all procurement activities adhere to company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
• Any nationality
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain.
• Previous supervisory experience is preferred at least 1 year.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, supplier evaluation, and negotiation.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Experience with ERP/procurement systems is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of English.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Candidates currently residing in Saudi Arabia with Transferable Iqama.
