Description
iMile is looking for an Accounts Payable Accountant to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Match invoices with purchase orders and verify accuracy.
Process supplier invoices and payments.
Maintain vendor files and accounting ledgers.
Review and process employee expense reports.
Reconcile supplier statements and transactions.
Identify and resolve discrepancies and outstanding creditor items.
Maintain accurate expense accounts and cost centers.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable or a similar role.
Good understanding of basic accounting and AP principles.
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
Previous experience in the same or similar role is required.
