A well-established Cleaning & Maintenance Company in Bahrain is looking for an experienced Cleaning Supervisor.

Requirements

Degree holder preferred
Minimum 4–5 years Gulf experience in cleaning operations
Good English and Hindi communication skills
Valid Driving License
Good knowledge of cleaning equipment, materials, and chemicals
Strong leadership and staff supervision skills

Key Responsibilities

Supervise cleaning staff and daily site operations
Coordinate with the Cleaning Manager
Ensure company standards, safety procedures, and client requirements are followed
Conduct regular site inspections and cleaning audits
Maintain attendance, inspection, and quality records
Train new cleaning staff
Monitor proper use of cleaning equipment and chemicals
