Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Chef Tournant specializing in Oriental cuisine to join our team. The Chef Tournant - Oriental Kitchen will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the Oriental kitchen, including creating menus, training staff, and ensuring high-quality dishes are consistently served.

Job Responsibility:
1. Develop and create Oriental-inspired menus in line with the restaurant's concept and standards.
2. Train kitchen staff on Oriental cooking techniques, recipes, and plating presentations.
3. Ensure all dishes are prepared and served according to the established recipes and quality standards.
4. Monitor kitchen inventory for Oriental ingredients and place orders as needed to maintain stock levels.
5. Collaborate with the Head Chef to plan and execute special Oriental-themed events or promotions.

Candidate Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Chef Tournant or similar role with a focus on Oriental cuisine.
2. In-depth knowledge of Oriental cooking techniques, ingredients, and flavors.
3. Strong leadership and communication skills to train and motivate kitchen staff.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain high standards of quality and consistency.
5. Creative flair for developing new Oriental dishes and menus to attract and retain customers.
