A well-established organization is looking for a responsible, caring, and attentive School Bus Attendant to support students during daily transportation and help maintain a safe and orderly environment on the school bus.

Key Responsibilities
Assist students while boarding and leaving the school bus.
Ensure students remain seated and follow bus safety rules.
Monitor students throughout the journey and maintain a calm environment.
Assist younger students and those who may require additional support.
Coordinate with the bus driver regarding student safety and transportation procedures.
Conduct basic checks to ensure no student is left behind on the bus.
Maintain proper student attendance and report any concerns when required.
Handle student belongings carefully and assist when necessary.
Communicate politely with school staff and parents regarding transportation matters.
Maintain cleanliness and an organized environment inside the bus.
Follow all school transportation, safety, and child-protection procedures.
Requirements
Previous experience working with children, schools, childcare, or transportation is an advantage.
Freshers may also be considered.
Patient, responsible, and attentive personality.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage children calmly and respectfully.
Physically fit and able to assist students when required.
Basic understanding of safety and hygiene procedures.
Punctual, reliable, and able to work according to school transportation schedules.
