Al Entisar Co. is looking for an experienced Sales Supervisor – Foodservice to join our team in Riyadh.

Requirements:

Arab nationality.
Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the food industry.
Proven experience selling food products to hotels, restaurants, catering companies, and other foodservice customers.
Strong knowledge of the Riyadh HORECA market and established customer relationships.
Experience in managing sales targets, customer accounts, collections, and a sales team.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Valid Saudi driving license is preferred.
Ability to develop new customers and grow existing business.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise the foodservice sales team in Riyadh.
Develop and maintain relationships with hotels, restaurants, caterers, and key accounts.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing.
Ensure timely collection of customer payments.
Prepare regular sales reports and provide market feedback to management.
