We are looking for an experienced BIM Coordinator to lead the digitalization of design and construction processes, integrating BIM models, shop drawings, and structural data for seamless collaboration with trade contractors.

The role involves clash detection and coordination, maintaining BIM schedules, preparing shop drawings across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines, and ensuring compliance with QA/QC and ISO standards.

Candidate Requirements:

The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Civil Engineering, have 5-8 years' experience in interior fit-out contracting, strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks, and excellent communication skills in a multinational environment.
